I recently hired Greg Clancy's team to help me update a master bath suite in a home I just purchased in Cotuit. The home is a former bed & breakfast that had more bathrooms than we needed but no real closet space. So the project involved a full renovation of the dated master bathroom and taking another adjacent full bath and turning that into a walk-in closet for the master suite. We started in the Fall of 2020 - mid pandemic - so that added an important element to the mix that needed to be managed. As a designer myself, I have worked on many renovations with many different contractors and I was very impressed by Greg's team and subs. Across the board everyone we had in our home was pleasant, respectful and very talented. Once demo started we were kept very informed with things like an overall week-by-week project schedule, end of week recap emails that summarized what was done and what would be done the following week, and regular timely invoicing. Natalya, our project manager, was excellent about communicating and staying on top of the many little details of the job. Greg's carpenters made us a gorgeous custom vanity and custom closet storage. We ended up moving a window about 6 inches at Clancy's recommendation and it was the right call. The resulting bathroom and closet are beautiful, functional and have added so much value to this house. I highly recommend Greg and his team. He is an honest, fair and likeable person who you will be happy to work with on your home!

Greg Clancy came highly recommend to us by my cousin, who's house was built by Greg. My husband and I bought a house in N. Falmouth that was built in 1987 and needed an updated floor plan and design. Greg met with us and immediately saw the long term goal we had for the home and was willing to work with us in stages as we couldn't take it all on at once. He made our difficult decisions easy by presenting scenarios that would help our home work well until we could do the "big renovation". I've always acted as my own general contractor but as we live hours away from Falmouth, knew I needed a general contractor with great sub contractors to get this initial project finished. Greg has treated us like all of his "high-end" clients and I can not say enough about his professionalism, daily text-messages with photos and weekly updates. He even plowed the street in front of our house to clear a clogged street drain that was flooding. I thought I knew a lot about design but he has installed it all, and has given me so many great ideas for "phase II". Greg Clancy is respected by everyone we have met in Falmouth for his expertise, high level of communication and quality of work. He even had my house professionally cleaned when he was finished! We are ready to move in and could not be more pleased with Clancy Construction.
