Buyers be ware These people are.Very pushy, their sales exc.wont take no for an answer. They try to add addition realitors to represent your. The contract and buyers agreement are not buyer friendly. ( get an attorney to make sure, of what you signing) if there is an issue they will tell you to talk to their attorney. I could go on and on but my overall experience with Epcon and or Clarity construction. Was to say the least and still is Terrible.

As first-time homebuilders, there were a lot of uncertainties about the home-build process, beginning to end. We were referred to Justin and Clarity Construction by a co-worker and my wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience. The entire Clarity team was accessible throughout the build to answer questions and support our decisions on design, cabinetry, lighting, flooring, etc., and continue to be for any follow-up questions. The quality, attention to detail, and professionalism from Justin and his team exceeded our expectations. The contract process was simple, and there were no hidden or excess cost surprises throughout the home-build process. We especially enjoyed the estimated move-in date provided on our contract was the day we actually moved in. We’ve been in our home for 9 months now with no issues.
