Claudian Development built a beautifully designed and sturdy home. The construction is solid. No standard builder grade materials were used. The house finishings are of current design with top quality selections.

Builder charged me for extras but never delivered. I had to repair many things myself that cost over 50k. Not only did the builder not honor the warranty he won’t respond. I recommend to stay far away from Claudian Development.
