My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A sunroom was added to our home by CMS. Chad was very good at calculating the overhang length so the sun would not enter the room in the summer and maximize the sun's heat potential in the winter. The addition turned out great and is just what we wanted. CMS does very good work and is great to work with.

We were very pleased with CMS Construction. Chad was totally engaged with our personal design requests. He has an eye for aesthetics while incorporating functionality to your home design. We utilized SIP (structurally insulated panels) which have substantially saved the cost of heating and cooling our home. We are considering an addition to our existing structure in the near future and would like CMS to add to the beauty of our home.

I did the electrical and HVAC on a recent new house project. CMS construction gave me plenty of notice, updates on scheduling, and was quick to answer any and all questions. Chad was a pleasure to work with and I witnessed true compassion in his work. I would recommend him to any one.
