My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Sayre stick-handled the renovation of my mother's apartment several years ago. Since then, he is the first person I call when my clients need assistance with major repairs, renovations, or other building projects. Sayre is as skilled a communicator as he is a craftsman, so you know exactly what you're going to get, how long it will take, the steps involved, and how much it will cost when the project starts.

Sayre and his crew we cannot say enough great things about! We approached Coast Catalyst wanting to replace eight widows and five skylights in our hone. Starting with a very detailed clear estimate, followed by a timeline to complete the work which was dead on. The overall professionalism and quality of work was evident from beginning to end of the job. Sayre and his crew treated our home with respect maintaining a very clean and tidy workplace.
