Concept Building established in 2009 was premised on the simple Concept: Build the best team of in-house staff, support them with a core network of highly skilled sub-contractors and clients will come…and come back. Concept Building appreciates the creative collaboration that takes place with custom home building. Our clients take tremendous pride in their work and want to see that the house is built to the way it was drawn. Accordingly, throughout the home building process we are sensitive to the wants and needs of the client and architect. Concept Building specializes in large scale renovations, historic preservation and whole house remodels throughout Massachusetts, including Martha’s Vineyard. A major advantage of our approach is that with a loyal and motivated team, projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest standards. The ability to satisfy both client and architect while maintaining a disciplined budget, timeline, quality installations, and vendor relationship is an intricate process about which Concept Building takes particular pride in. Our talented in-house staff is tasked with generating regular budget updates, schedules, constant supervision and coordination with vendors. Most importantly, they keep the lines of communication between Concept Building, architect and the client open and honest. Concept Building genuinely values lasting client relationships.
