Established in 1985, Constanza Contracting began as a one-man contractor remodeling kitchens and baths and building small additions. It quickly grew to building custom homes in 1987 throughout the Albany, NY Capital Region by satisfied customers' personal referrals and word of mouth. Reputation is everything! With Constanza Contracting, Jim Constanza is always available. You work directly with the owner/builder one on one. Jim likes to build relationships with his customers ––communication is key!
