Nothing but good things to say about David (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Copper Leaf Development. We were moving from Chicago, so we placed our trust in David, since we could not see the progress often, in person. We wanted a not-too-big, energy-efficient house for two empty nesters with a finite budget. David and his team delivered all of our requests and delivered on time. The architect, Dustin (Sensitive Information Hidden), delivered great, practical design at a fair price. The attorney David recommended, David (Sensitive Information Hidden), expedited the permitting. The project manager, Anderson (Sensitive Information Hidden), is very knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint. We would recommend Copper Leaf to anyone building in the area!

From the moment we walked through one of Copper Leaf Development’s homes, we knew that David Silverstein was the builder for us. The exceptional quality of work and design is evident throughout his homes. David is personable, humble and dedicated to providing superior service. We also worked closely with Copper Leaf’s designer, who helped make the interior design process fun and exciting, while creating a beautiful and cohesive space. David and his team worked diligently to stay on schedule, despite supply chain issues. We were able to close as projected, and the entire team has remained responsive throughout our first year in the home. We are beyond grateful to David and his entire team of experts for creating our dream home, while also being a pleasure to work with.

Having lived in our home for over a year and a half, I can say confidently that the entire experience has been incredible. The building process was wonderful. The team worked very hard. They were on schedule. Their skill and craftsmanship is unmatched. They went above and beyond for us as we were moving to Wellesley from out of state and didn’t get to visit throughout the process. We put a lot of trust into them and they exceeded our expectations and over delivered. David and his team truly care about the buyers’ experience. They make gorgeous homes that are so comfortable to live in. Our family absolutely loves living in our home and it suits our needs so very well. David, Peter, Donna and the whole team were awesome to work with. The project was completed within a week of a committed date which we find fascinating given the date was agreed 16 months ahead. No slippages. Team was professional, transparent, always in a good mood and fun to work with. Everything was transparent along the way and the surprises were minimal, despite all the supply chain issues we have all been hearing about over the last 12 months. No black boxes, everything was very clear and pro-actively communicated. And the final home is just stunning. Really enjoyed the whole process and style of interaction from day one through today (months post completion).

My family and I could not be happier in our new home built by David Silverstein and his team at Copper Leaf Development. But to understand why, let me take you back to the beginning. My husband and I decided to leave the city and make the move to the suburbs. After years of looking at houses, we just could not find a home we loved. I decided to throw out the idea of exploring the option to knock down a house and build from scratch. My husband was a little hesitant about the idea, mostly because he didn't know where to begin looking for a builder we could trust, that is until we met David. David Silverstein could not have been more down to earth, more honest, or more kind to us. He reassured me and my husband that if we found a house to knock down, he would be by our side every step of the way. He was honest in telling us that the journey would not be easy, but by the end of the process, we would have our dream home, within our budget. That is all my husband needed to hear. We left his office that day and knew David was our builder. Once we found our house, we met with Dustin Nolan, the architect who works with David. Dustin listened to our ideas and really incorporated everything we had asked for and then some. My husband had always envisioned an outdoor kitchen and Dustin designed a beautiful one to mirror the look of our house, which David creatively branded the "Manzebo". Dustin also responded well to some concerns I had about windows he had put into the plans. My husband had tried to convince me that the windows were fine, but David stepped in and asked Dustin to adjust the windows to the size I wanted. With Dustin's technology, I could see, right away, what the new windows would look like and I was so much happier with the change. I was grateful to David for stepping in because he saw my hesitation and addressed it, immediately. At the end of the day, he just wanted to make sure I was happy with the plans. Which really is the bottom line when you work with David and his team at Copper Leaf Development. He wants to make sure his clients are content and he will do whatever it takes to ensure that happens. Peter Tello, David's project manager, also has the same philosophy. These two are such a dynamic pair that you cannot help but feel comforted in knowing that together, they will get the job done. Pete makes you feel like you can ask any question, no matter how ridiculous (and my husband asks A LOT of questions). They were great to work with in the sense that they gave us the freedom to do what we liked and pick out what we liked, but they were always there to offer their opinions as well. They allowed us to come check in on the project whenever we pleased and never once made us feel like we were in the way. On day one, we were told to trust the process and that we would have our dream home. David delivered, and on budget. Not many people can say they have a great relationship with their builder; but, we are fortunate enough to have built a lasting friendship with ours. If anyone is considering building a home, I would strongly recommend Copper Leaf Development.

Quick turnaround time for requests such as quotes, flexibility in scheduling to meet clients’ needs, their, workers have strong work ethic and everyone I have met from Copper Leaf has very polite demeanor, they have clearly built some of the most spectacular homes in Wellesley.

I can't give enough stars to David and his team at Copper Leaf. David designed and built our dream home and the quality and design are truly second to none.
