I recently did a Home Staging consultation as well as a Home Staging job for John at Cost Plus Construction for one of his flip houses. John was very pleasant to work with and easy to get a hold of when needed. He was open to my suggestions regarding the home but was also very creative with the renovation process, one project being that he created a master bathroom from a closet, but still retained a closet area for the master bedroom. He is very skillful, cost effective and creative with his work. I highly recommend him for any construction or remodeling projects you may have.
