My husband and I lived in the same home for 22 years so we looked carefully for a builder when deciding to make a move to a new home and neighborhood. Covington stood out immediately with staff that truly seemed to care about what WE wanted, not just what they wanted/needed to sell. We were also extremely impressed by their community involvement and dedication to charities like St Jude Children's Research Hospital. They are not just here to "churn and burn" for the profits like most contractors, but actually DO give back to our local community! We chose to make this giant step in 2020, during the height of the pandemic. Carrie was up front about time frames and the probable delays. Did we have to make some changes over the 1+ year the build took? Yes, but we were very aware of supply shortages and situations outside of everyone's control ( not to mention rampant issue of theft of building supplies, etc). We did our best to be patient ((ok, we're not all perfect! ). The home itself is beautiful and the construction well above standard in the industry! We have now surpassed our 6 month inspection, and almost all issues found were small and mostly cosmetic. Rod has been outstanding at communication and addressing our concerns quickly! We we warned by friends that doing a new build would be stressful under any circumstances, and our family thought we were crazy to begin during a pandemic! However, we truly experienced less stress than anticipated...mostly due to the wonderful team that Covington has! We both HIGHLY recommend this builder.

Celebrating our ninth year in our beautiful Covington Home this month! We love it so much, and it fits our family so well! We could not have had a better experience! From the design to the quality of construction, my wife and I could not be happier. We recommend Covington Homes every chance we get!
