Cunningham Development

Cunningham worked with us to build our dream beach house in Sunset Cove, Galveston. They have an automated online system where they post status of the constructions, photos, change orders, etc. It is easy to stay on top of what needs to be dones next in terms of meeting with vendors, selecting options, approving changes, and costs. The Cunninham team is very responsive to questions, concerns, and available to meet when necessary. We were also able to walk many other Cunningham homes under construction to get ideas and observe the progress. We are very happy with our home and recieve complements on the design and constuction!
