I can't speak highly enough of the work done on my home by Cutuli Homes. Its nothing short of amazing. Jim and his team are all star professionals. Throughout the project they listened to what we wanted, make great suggestions (never being upsold) and often times offered up potential changes that would help keep the cost of our extensive remodel down yet never comprised on what we wanted to accomplish. Integrity, talent and quality sum up my thoughts on Cutuli Homes. If I ever need a remodel or to build a home again - there is only one phone I need to make as I would not even entertain the idea of taking bids from anyone else. Since the large scale project several years ago, I have also had Cutuli homes do a relatively minor project - and my comments above are echoed in the work they did on this project (2008)

We were lucky to get Jim to rebuild our rental home from the foundation up, after a fire. Jim is all about quality and doing the job right. He was quick to respond to any question we had and helped us work through any problem that arose during construction. He built such a quality home that, even though it's a rental, we seriously considered moving in ourselves!

We had a major remodel done to our house with a value of over $130,.000. Our general contractor was Jim Cutuli. We added a new loft over our garage and did a total remodel of our kitchen. Jim was the perfect contractor for us. For example, he was able to find the best deals on things such as appliances and countertops. When the bid for our cabinets came in higher then expected, Jim made the cabinets himself and gave us features better then we had expected. We are very pleased with the quality of his craftsmanship. Jim and his crew were always friendly, helpful and very professional. We enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality remodel on time and in budget

Don Rasmussen Architect

Jim Cutuli of Cutuli Homes is a talented and accomplished home builder that I met in 2006. Since then we have worked together on several projects that Rasmussen Architects has designed. Projects range from a large four building single family colonial compound to an interior renovation. Jim is willing to help the design/client team in the early stages of design and cost estimating that not a lot of other contractors are willing to do. Jim is transparent, honest and hard working. He does all the big and little things that make a project run smooth. I do not hesitate to recommend Jim Cutuli for any residential project whether it be a custom single family home, addition or renovation. Don Rasmussen Architect

Commented: board & batonThis is a high grade plywood panel with a fir exterior and the batons are cedar. Not sure of house color.

Commented: FloorsThe floors are a select grade of kiln dried White Pine (1"x12") that we stained and finished in place. We purchased the boards from a local lumber yard in Seattle.
