Terrible experience. Really surprising to see D2 Projects on this list. The worst tile job I ever witnessed as an architect with 20 years’ experience. The tiles had to be completely stripped out and replaced because he used an incorrect method of adhesion, did not follow drawings, details and instructions, created waterproofing problems on the terrace, could not provide site supervision and refused to liaise with other trades. He accepted a deposit to install a timber floor, did not deliver an inch of material nor did a stich of work, could not give me a commencement date, then stopped communicating and absconded with the deposit. Save yourself a lot of headache and do not appoint this guy.
