Jimmy builds a very solid and well constructed home! We hired Dailey Homes to build our 2300 sqft home on a walk-out basement. From the time we broke ground until we took possession was about 6.5 months. The HERS evaluation was just completed and the house scored a 27, which is about the most efficient you can get before you have to add ventilation. All of the subs on my project were easy to work with and truly cared about the quality of their work. Any issues that were brought up were promptly addressed and I was kept up to date with any overages or credits throughout the project. My reccomendation for anyone building a home is to ensure you have everything planned out prior to breaking ground and everyone involved understands exactly what is desired and expected. We went over budget some (~ 8%), but not as much as most. We now have a beautiful, well-constructed home, and have made friends through the process!
