Daniel and his son did a great job building our home in the closing stages of the pandemic! We bought in the early stages of construction (just 2x4 framing of the house) and he did a wonderful job of helping us pick finishes, which would look nice and remain on budget. He was flexible to add features as we requested and was responsive to address punch list items after we moved in. Daniel went above and beyond for us and we appreciate the work!

The process started out great and Daniel was nice to work with; however that deteriorated throughout the process and he became tough to reach and also struggled to communicate in a timely manner. We get a lot of compliments on our home from neighbors, friends and family; however, have noticed small things here and there where certain corners were cut or work was done sloppily (primarily paint, drywall and trim related issues). Another area of frustration has been fixing some of these issues; we moved in over a year ago and are still waiting on punch list items which range from cosmetic fixes to more problematic issues. He's been responsive in hearing about these and says they'll be addressed but there has been lack of follow through to-date.

Coming up on a year of being in our Danko Home, and we are extremely happy with home. Every aspect of the the home was well though out from the flow of the floorplan, the finishes and the craftsmanship. Dan and team are great to work with, as the provide thoughtful insights, perspectives and great recommendations through the building process. I would work with Danko Homes again and highly recommend anyone to do the same.

Daniel puts his heart and soul into his homes. Even after we purchased, he has always been responsive if we have questions. Thank you for building our dream home.

Danko homes did an Incredible job for us when we gutted our home and added some additions. Daniel was always willing to take his time and explain everything to us. Daniel was also extremely understanding when we made last minute changes and didn’t ever ask for extra money like most builders would do. His expertise was incredible and he would always answer our calls day or night. We couldn’t be happier with the top quality job he did for us and would recommend his services to anyone.

After being in our home for just over a year, we wanted to write a review to convey how pleased we are with the finished project. As our first new construction home we may have underestimated the full scope of what was involved and Daniel and his team did a great job working with us through the process. Fit and finish are superb and not a day goes by that we walk through our home and are not pleased with the results. We just moved in on our Danko Home and we couldn't be happier!! We told him it is his best home (that is really how we feel) it really exceeded our expectation. We couldn't be happier. We built home before, but the experience before was so overwhelming and exhausting. What I like about Daniel he takes all the headaches away. He is very flexible and always available with all our demanding choices. He figured out our style very quickly so he took us exactly where we need to be and the selection was always so easy. The quality of work is amazing! Strongly recommend.

We bought a home Danko Group was just beginning to build in the fall of 2013. We were able to pick out all the finishes in the house. Daniel was easy to work with and very flexible. He had excellent vision and demonstrated great expertise during the building process. He paid close attention to details and was always available for meetings to view the home as it was being built or to discuss finishes. We bought a house with this company earlier on the in beginning stages. While the blueprint was created, but we were able to pick out all of the finishes. Not only was Daniel flexible, very easy to work with, but offered his professional opinion and gave us his time when we needed advice doing the daunting task of choosing the finishes. To this day if anything arrises that we need help with, he's there to help!

We bought a house Daniel was building in the fall of 2012. We greatly appreciated Daniel's dedication to making his clients happy. When we first saw the house, which was about 80% complete when we went under contract, we could see that it had been built with care. All of the work completed to finish the house was likewise excellent. We're very happy with our new house and we plan to enjoy it for many years to come.
