Davis Group is a Houston-based organization with a portfolio that spans over thirty years, providing specialized residential services including custom home building, land development, remodeling, and consulting services. Davis Group has developed some of greater Houston’s foremost single-family communities, distinctive custom homes, as well as some of Houston’s first residential “infill developments” and created residential properties that foster a timeless quality for both homeowners and their communities. The team has executed successful projects in River Oaks, Memorial, Tanglewood, Upper Kirby, Post Oak/The Galleria, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, and other fine neighborhoods. DAVIS TEAM: The Davis Group is a team composed of professionals that have over one hundred years of collective experience in homebuilding. DAVIS DESIGN: Over the years, The Davis Group has designed and built some of the finest homes in Houston. Along the way, we have collaborated with the most excellent architects and interior designers and won numerous awards for the distinctive homes we have built. Each client will work with the Davis Processional Designer to assist in making personalized selections for their home. DAVIS PROCESS: The Davis Group prides itself on accompanying and understanding each client wishes, while tailoring a program throughout the homebuilding process. We have created a well thought out process that is documented in the Davis Group Homeowner Portfolio. Davis Group Buyer Concierge assists and informs each client of the many options and amenities throughout the building process. Davis Personal Construction Manager keeps the client informed throughout the process and to insure execution of the client’s vision. DAVIS QUALITY: The Davis Group is known for collaborating with some of Houston’s finest craftsmen to design quality, energy-efficient homes. We have created the Davis Group Quality Control Program to include numerous professional inspectors which ensure quality requirements and services are exceeded and met.
