When we approached Denver and Christie about building our new home they were eager to meet our wants and needs. They spend countless hours with us discussing colors, flooring and finishing. We put some pressure on them, as we were hoping to be in the new home by Christmas 2015, and we only decided to go ahead in June. Denver gave us a date of December 14, and he met it. As construction was taking place, there were several things that we either decided to add or change. Not once did they hesitate to take on the extras. Denver would also makes suggestions as to modifications, and when anything changed, he always let us know want additional costs we would incur.
During construction, we were always kept up to speed as to what was being done, when it was being done and completion day.
We were given a price to build, and it was met. Any extras that were quoted, were not subject to hidden costs. What they told us it would cost, that was the price. Denver and Christie are both very good at looking at a project, providing their input and following thru to get the results that all of us were expecting.
