Debcan Construction recently renovated our old, dingy bathroom. It was a complete redo- gutted down to the studs and rebuilt. It is now beautiful and appears larger! The people at Debcan Construction were all very friendly and appeared to enjoy their work, even though our (large)dogs did nothing but bark at them the entire time they were here. Mike and Deb were very helpful in making sure the whole project stayed within our budget, without cutting corners. Deb was especially helpful assisting me to find a vanity that was both beautiful and affordable. I would definitely recommend Debcan Construction to anyone looking for honesty and good craftsmanship.

We would highly recommend using Debcan for your construction needs. From beginning to end the whole process was extremely professional. They kept the work site clean, always answered the phone when we called, and completed the job by the agreed upon deadline. From their office staff to their on site contractors they all made the project painless.

I have used Debcan Construction in the past after my water heater broke and leaked all over my upstairs and ruined my ceiling downstairs. They did such a great job fixing everything, I figured I’d call them when I needed my roof replaced…After 8 years of squirrels and raccoons getting into my attic, someone at the pest control company finally told me that the roof wasn’t put on properly and the animals would keep getting in until the roof was fixed. Thanks to Debcan Construction, the animals are gone and I can finally get a good night’s sleep. They gave a great price, did excellent work, did not cut any corners and did everything they said they would do. The workers arrived on time and worked nonstop all day in over 100 degree heat. They repaired the entire perimeter of the roof before replacing it, installed new gutters and the roof looks beautiful – it went way beyond my expectations and I haven’t had any more animals in the attic. The job was completed in a day and they did an awesome job cleaning up the yard – if it wasn’t for my beautiful new roof I would have never even known they were there. The is roof is absolutely gorgeous and I can’t believe the difference it made in the entire look of my house. Debcan Construction did excellent work and I would recommend them over and over again to anyone. They get an A+ in work ethic, service and above all craftsmanship.

We contracted DebCan to tear down our existing home and build a fully custom home. Micheal and Deb were so easy to work with and accommodating. They introduced us to an incredible architect, managed the entire project, helped us with selections and built our gorgeous home. We interviewed a few builders before selecting DebCan and the number one reason for choosing to work with Michael and Deb was their personal attention to the job. Along the way we had many questions and needed guidance - Michael was always available and took great care in managing our project. Bathroom renovation was a nightmare. Although the finished product was ok. Debcan doesn’t have a team. Waited 8 months for my only bath to be completed. Not professional by any means. Definitely would not recommend.

I am am interior designer who had the pleasure of working with Debcan Construction one of my residential projects. The job consist of painting, tile installation and molding on fireplace. Excellent experience! Debcan was very professional and their team was outstanding. They did what they said they would do. My clients are happy with the results. Debcan served as the general contractor on an extensive home renovation/addition. Much of the project was restorative to maintain the architectural character of a 1920's colonial. Debcan did a great job helping to mesh new construction with the original details, materials an styles. This was a fairly complex renovation and I was able to derive comfort knowing that my GC was on top of it. They are a pleasure to work, easy going and friendly. I would certainly recommend Debcan for other projects.

After two brutal winters, we found that our chimney was pulling away from our house. Unsure of who to hire, our friend suggested Debcan (Michael) who was working on our friend's bathroom (doing a magnificent job). He came over, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate straight away. Work commenced the following week. Despite the unbelievable heat, Mike and his crew finished the project on time. Extremely satisfied with his work and he will be doing the renovation on our downstairs bathroom this fall.
