DeVon Builders is a family owned company that has been in the building industry since 1976. We are based out of South Bend and build within a 40 mile radius in both Indiana and Michigan. We build Quality Custom Homes to fit Your individual wants and needs. Our subcontractors and suppliers work with us hand in hand to provide you with quality service and craftsmanship not only during construction but after you move into your home as well. We are constantly fighting for affordable housing in the construction industry to help try and lower cost of housing and prevent unnecessary taxes and ordinances by being involved in our local, state, and national Home Builders Associations, as well as various commissions or political seats if possible. Our team will help you walk through every phase in the construction field; starting from financing and design to selections and building. Building a home doesn’t have to be a frustrating time, it can be a Fun and Exciting time in your life. You will never see the words “Perfect” or “Happy” in our contract, but that is something that we always strive to achieve. We had an excellent experience with Dale and Adam DeVon. They were responsive to our questions, open to ideas, met our time line for completion and provided us with excellent ideas throughout the process of building our home.
