DiCicco Builders

We did an addition to our house and Larry was very accommodating with all our changes to the project. We are very happy the way everything came out.

I have never encountered a builder quite like this who has the inability to do anything correctly. He apparently doesn't know how to measure since multiple (critical) measurements were wrong and required costly (time and money) remediation. He is non-responsive and weeks went by when no work was done causing a serious delay in completion that affected not only the owner, but the extended family that needed to accommodate a family with a young baby. Early warning sign was unreported damage done to critical systems that potentially could have caused carbon monoxide poisoning. This was followed by critical errors in a new foundation that was only uncovered when a worker came forward to alert the homeowner. Time and again promises were broken and no work was done. When workers did show up, they spent half a day and took off. The homeowner wound up GCing many aspects of the job, which, by the way still is languishing after over a year. I have nothing good to say about the quality of the workmanship or the ethics of this builder and would warn anyone who is considering him to STAY AWAY.

The team at DiCicco Builiders did an excellent job renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. They worked closely with us to be sure that every detail of the design was exactly what we wanted. Couldn't ask for a nicer group of people to be working on our house. We are so very happy with our renovation.

Horrible. Worst decision I’ve ever made was hiring these guys. My bathroom was more functional and in better shape before this “renovation”. I’m having so many issues now, and Larry, the owner, claims they “guarantee their work”. They don’t. They lie and disappear. Do not trust this guy or his workers that make way too mistakes. Like I said, worst decision I’ve ever made. Basically feel like I flushed 10k down the toilet.

DiCicco Builders were a pleasure to work with. From estimating and planning to completion, Larry and his team were professional and respectful of our time and home and their quality of work is impeccable. I was particularly impressed with the work done by Domenic, who did the majority of the project. They gave our family a fantastic bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend DiCicco Builders to my friends and family and I already have our next project with them in the works.

Larry was great to work with, wonderful design ideas and I am thrilled with the outcome. My kitchen is beautiful. Ron is an amazing carpenter and very friendly. Thank you Dicicco builders!

I have used DiCicco Builders several times his work is beautiful, Larry worked with me every step of the way. He did 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, den and living room for me. His crew is professional, on time, and clean. I can't wait for my next project!

DiCicco Builders did a remodel on my Master Bathroom. The job was done to my satisfaction. Mr. DiCicco spent time explaining what needed to be done. He was a pleasure to work with. The project came in on time, as promised. His workers were friendly and professional. I highly recommend DiCicco Builders for your home improvements. I plan to use them for my kitchen remodel as well.

We have used DiCicco Builders many times in our house (2001, 2003, 2017, 2018). I have always been happy with the work performed and the level of professionalism on any project. Larry has a clean design aesthetic while being aware of trends. His workers are knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, and courteous; you never have to worry about how they speak, especially with kids in the house. Communication with Larry is constant throughout a project, which is very important. I would recommend Dicicco Builders many times over. He has transformed our house into a beautiful home.

DiCicco Builders did a beautiful job on my kitchen renovation. From design to workmanship, beginning to end...we are extremely happy with the final project. They worked within our budget and finished on time!

The worst!!!! He lied and lied about deadlines, workmanship sucked and never finished the job. His workers washed cement in our sink, stole our supplies and broke a sewage line. Plumbing kept lea,big afterwards as well. Watch out!

Larry is a dishonest man who manipulates and deceives customers. I am sorry that I trusted this contractor. He was not forthcoming about problems encountered and lied to me many times. I would rate the finished project a 6 out of 10 and his character a 0 out of 10.
