I hired Tyrell for a full house remodel. From the very beginning of the project, Tyrell was a pleasure to work with. His work and his attention to detail is amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Tyrell for my next project.

Based on inspection of a three bedroom house built by Tyrell, we hired him to plan and build a family room addition to our home that built in 1976. We asked him to match the false beams that were in the adjacent rooms ( a difficult match) and he did a perfect job. We had our own ideas about what we wanted in the room and he suggested several improvements in design which when the job was done, you would not think it was an addition. Ty came into our lives at a very difficult time - our house burned on Christmas Day 2013. He came to us with a high recommendation from our contractor who was retiring and with high praise from local trades people that we were dealing with. He did it all - constant communication with the insurance people, the demolition of the remains of the house, house plans and all other aspects of the complete build. He was on site and working with his crew everyday and always here when the subcontractors were on site making sure their work was up to his standards. His attention to detail was excellent as he was always double checking with his level and tape measure which were always close at hand. He was always ready to explain some detail in the construction of the house. He has very high standards for his builds. We had verbal contact with him everyday and he was always available to us for questions or concerns. Once a month Ty would have a bill for us with a complete breakdown of labor and a copy of every bill that was generated that month. It was very detailed and easy to read. He wanted us in our house by Christmas and we moved in on Christmas Eve 2014. To date we have had NO issues with our home and are very proud to share our experience with everyone. Of all the contractors I've dealt with over the years, Tyrell was the most thorough, professional and honest one I've dealt with. His work displays his love of building. . I was so impressed by his work that 10 years later, I hired him again to replace siding, remodel a bathroom and install new windows in my home. I have used Dokken Construction on five major projects. They built my 6 car garage and I couldn't be happier. My garage has some challenging angles and Tyrell made everything work. My garage has been featured on several web pages due to the amazing construction and design. Dokken also replaced a front porch that had water damage. Again, on time, professional and amazing work. I have a huge outdoor deck, which features different levels and bars. It also has a huge 15x15 pergala. Dokken rebuilt the entire deck. He was on time and on price.
