Remodeled my house on the Oregon coast but improperly wrapped it in Tyvec, used caulk to seal instead of properly waterproofing, and cut corners left and right which led to a disaster with termites and a deck that literally fell off the front of the house. This builder does not have the expertise nor quality of work to be building on the coast.
