Coming from Europe, I had a clear vision of the contemporary style I was looking for in my house. We met with multiple builders and soon realized that they did not have a foundation in or understanding of the contemporary design elements we desired. All of their houses appeared to be cookie cutter and were lacking in imagination with little to no use of new materials and no willingness to think out of the box to deliver something different. I remember being told how inconvenient, impractical or infeasible it would be to incorporate some of the materials and details. When we met Aaron from Dream Builders, we knew we had finally found the right builder for us. He understood what we needed and wanted and was the best choice for us to achieve our contemporary vision. We had seen some of the houses he had previously designed and noticed how he was way ahead of the other builders regarding use of different types of material and willingness to explore new ideas. Every house Aaron designs is unique; no one house looks like another because Aaron is committed to not only meeting the individual needs and desires of each homeowner but also to continual learning and exploration of new materials and ideas. This approach signifies how much passion he has for his job. When we met him, he spent hours listening to us to understand our needs and wants. As he listened, he shared some additional ideas that we loved and we felt we could trust him. In fact, although we already had in mind what we wanted, we followed his advice, and we are happy we did. I loved how honest he was throughout the design process. I hate when people just say yes to your ideas even if the idea is terrible. Aaron won’t do that. He will partner with you and explain why an idea won’t work and will offer alternative options. This process helped me to feel confident that I was doing something I wouldn’t regret. Working on this project with him was fun, enjoyable, and stress-free. He took care of every little detail and immediately attended to every little problems that arose along the way. Whenever we reached out for updates or with questions, he answered immediately and was always very clear in his explanations. There were a few times when I was interested in using materials that are hard to obtain in this area. I was ready to give up but Aaron always found a solution. Any other builder would have pushed for something easier and more convenient but Aaron didn’t do that -- he was always open to new ideas and materials and tirelessly worked to access the materials we desired. He thought out of the box to deliver what I had visioned. I was blown away by his imagination and patience. Everything is perfect, the style and also the quality of the work. He doesn’t use cheap materials, the craftsmanship is impeccable, and each attention is given to everysmall detail.If you want the best house in this area, don’thesitate to call him, you won’t regret it.

Our house in N. Richland is near completion and we can't say enough about his willingness to work with us in resolving issues that inevitably come up during new construction. He is personable, attentive, responsible, creative, and knows what he is doing!

When we started looking for a builder, we interviewed 3 different builders. Aaron with Dream Builders was the only one that was familiar with some of the modern finishes we wanted. Soon after our meetings we went to the Dream Builders home that was on the Parade of Homes and fell in love with it! It was so stylish, cool, unique and innovative.... it just blew us away! We knew we had found our builder and asked Aaron, that day, if he could design and build us a home. We gave him a wish list and he designed our house with everything on our wish list and more! When we saw the design, it was so amazing, it was beyond what we could have imagined! We loved it but I was worried it was way too cool for our budget. Aaron was confident and said, let's bid it out and see. The bid come in right on budget! We were so excited and moved forward right away. Aaron was so easy to work with and was very patient with all our questions. I trust Aaron's eye for design and style and often asked him for help deciding on fixtures or colors. Aaron was always available if I had questions or concerns. He has a great can do attitude and is such a stand up guy, you can trust him to always do the right thing. He made sure all the finishes in our home were done to the highest quality. Aaron went out of his way to made sure we had a amazing home, he takes pride in his work. He always made deadlines, our home was completed on time and on budget, to the penny, no surprises! After such and amazing building experience, my husband and I truly respect Aaron. We choose Dream Builders because they are the whole package. You get a home that is designed and build just like you want and without paying an architect. The sub-contractors are professional and working closely with the builder so that thing are done correctly. Overall we are very happy with our home and we enjoy it so much!

I hired Aaron Magula and Dream Builders to build my new home in 2013. After researching and interviewing several builders and touring their work, I chose Dream Builders because: 1) Aaron has a strong reputation and history of innovative design; 2) is known for delivering a quality product; and 3) positive recommendations of previous customers. The design process was fun; we worked well together to take my concepts and turn them into a buildable plan that was within my budget and achieved my lifestyle objectives. Problems and challenges will arise; you need a builder who is partnering with you to find solutions while maintaining the integrity of the design and achieving your objectives. This is one of Aaron’s strengths. The building process went smoothly and I could not be more pleased with the final product. Aaron has been great with warranty issues and following up. I have lived in my home for a year now and it’s exactly what I hoped it would be in terms of look, features, functionality, and livability. Dream Builders (Aaron Magula) is an amzing builder. He built my wife and I a house in 2013. He likes to set his houses apart from the rest by the attention to detail amd quality. He is the only builder in Tri Cities I would go with when it comes to doing "Modern" correctly. When doing a modern house, even though the look is clean, straight lines, and simplicity there has to be a lot of attention payed in your finish work. Every flaw shows up and is easily noticed. Your builder has to be on top of his subcontractors to make sure they are doing things in a perfect way and thats exactly what Aaron does. Aaron will always incorporate a persons ideas that they have for there dream home. My wife and I wanted an industrial Modern powder room bathroom. We ended up putting in acid washed sheet metal on the walls. The way they did the bathroom was exactly what we had envisioned. He is incredible about sharing your vision and accomplishing it. Aaron is also very up front and honest. He does not tell you what you want to hear, He tells you the truth. He will breakdown all his costs to you and show you were your money is going. He will fix and take care of what is not right or what has gone wrong. We highly recommend Dream Builders and would build with him again.

We had an enjoyable experience building our home with Dream Builders (Aaron Magula). Aaron is both artistic and innovative. We let him know what we were hoping to do, and he picked up our ideas and expanded on them. He worked tirelessly and communicated with us through every step while building our dream house. He always let us know what the costs would be and was very honest to work with. People stop and tell us how much they like our home. Dream Builders has been wonderful to work with. This is our second time to work with the company and we would not go to anyone else! They took out 70's split level home and totally transformed it! Dream Builders is the first modern builder located in this area- they are not a cookie cutter builder but a creative and innovative company willing to think outside of the box! I purchased a small two bedroom home, built in 1945 and during the last nine years Dream Builders has performed a complete remodel of all rooms from rooms with just window, door and floor trim replacement to complete removal of floors and walls to rebuild my bathroom and kitchen. I have called on Dream Builder’s for all of my home improvements even replacement of my hot water heater because they handle all the scheduling and communication with very professional subcontractor’s and craftsmen. Owners, Aaron and Jessica Magula are young and modern with refreshing new style. My community has an annual parade of homes that I will only attend if Dream Builder’s has a home to show. If you want a WOW house I recommend Dream Builder’s. Long story short, with Dream Builders skill and guidance, when I walk into my home I love what I see.

It was a pleasure to work with Aaron on the remodel of our fireplace wall and half bathroom. He's easy to work with and has great subs. Aaron is able to think outside the box and was able to take our ideas and turn them into a unique finished product. Looking forward to a kitchen remodel with him this next year.

After having a meeting with Aaron Magula from Dream Builders and discussing what we wanted for the remodel of our master bedroom and addition of our master bathroom and walk in closet, we knew he was the person we wanted to do it for us. Other contractors we'd met with previously basically would tell us what they wanted to do and it was basic "cookie cutter" options. Aaron was very different - he listened intently to what our dream was, specifically what we wanted, and the finances we had to try and make that happen. He absolutely heard us and worked diligently to get all of the ideas we had and those he envisioned to come to life - and just made it happen. He had the best crews working for him and he was always on top of any issues that arose - as they will during construction. Although he wasn't building an entire house for us, we never felt that we were ever put on the back burner from his other projects. He paid attention to detail, followed up on every question or suggestion we had, and made sure that his crews were doing exactly what they were required to do. Aaron has an amazing eye for design - he's unique and innovative and isn't afraid to try new things. We wanted our bathroom floors concrete with glitter. He hadn't done glittered floors before, but he was able to find glitter that would be shiny with the sealer that would be applied - I know the other contractors wouldn't have bothered and put that much effort into making it perfect for us. Since our original remodel Aaron has arranged six other projects at our home: built a doorway from 1 room to another; installed 2 French doors; built an entrance wall into our kitchen and installed a tin ceiling; built an outdoor BBQ island and bar for us and even helped us with our landscaping needs. Aaron is the most professional and honest contractor that you could possibly find. In addition, he's a very nice person and extremely easy to get along with. We can't recommend him highly enough to anyone requiring a contractor for whatever their needs may be - Aaron can do it all!

Dreambuilders built a very nice house for us. Aaron brings a good modern flair and understands space and proportion. There were changes and adjustments throughout the project as proposed ideas didn't seem as cool as we originally thought. No change orders that caused extra expense, but we also caught the issues before any major rework was needed. Yes there were fubars and gotchas, but this is construction and should be expected. Its how they are dealt with the makes a good contractor. It is interesting to see other builders copy Dreambuilders idea but don't execute as well as he does.
