Thank you so much Josh for our beautiful home In Terra Mont. Josh was very professional and dedicated to the project from beginning to end. Some expected Covid delays but otherwise a real pleasure to work with him. A cost plus arrangement also helps to keep the costs down. Highly recommended.

Josh is honest, trustworthy, and extremely professional as a person and a builder, which is hard to find in this industry these days. His attention to detail, eye for excellence in construction and design is truly extraordinary. He pays attention to our concerns and questions in a timely manner and suggests cost saving measures when necessary. He has made an extremely overwhelming home building process manageable. He has a great relationship with contractors that respect him as well. When issues arise he handles them calmly and professionally. We would definitely recommend Josh and Dynamic custom homes to build your home or manage any construction project you may have.
