Frank and his team did a wonderful job. We moved to Mt. Pleasant not knowing anyone, nor having any recommendations for contractors. After researching, there were many contractors that were booking years out. I read DD&B previous reviews and was happy with what I read. I reached out and Frank started 2 weeks later. We did a large remodel (completely re-doing about 4500 sq feet), including staircase, floors, kitchen, adding moldings, moving walls. Everything they did was wonderful! The kitchen cabinets were all custom, built with quality small wood boxes. If Frank didn’t like a piece of trim or the way something looked, he would re-do it, without us even asking. Overall, it was just a great experience. The entire remodel took us about 5 months, which for a remodel this size, was really incredible. We would highly recommend Frank and his team!

Frank and his team did a fantastic job renovating our home in Hamlin Plantation. We interviewed several people and Frank came highly recommended. Frank brought design and execution capability to the project. He ls great at getting to know what you want (and what you don't want) and also helps you to get to your desired design and introduces great new ideas as well. He and his team are perfectionists and make sure you are absolutely thrilled with the results. Simply put, Frank is innovative, conscientious, reliable and trustworthy. He surpassed my expectations and I am happy to recommend him to anyone.

We can't say enough good things about Frank and his team! We did a small addition adding a mudroom, bathroom, a couple bedrooms and some renovation on the existing house. We interviewed a few general contractors - and my wife and I felt most comfortable with DDB. Frank is a down to earth, honest, and easy to get along with. He has a great eye for detail, communicates well, and does things the RIGHT way. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him and his team for projects both large and small in the future.

DDB provides an honest, detailed, complete estimate that accurately describes the job. Responsive to phone calls. Very helpful in shepherding the homeowner through the dust and debris of demolition to the finished product.

New to the area, we found Frank through his website. Initially cautious, Frank quickly earned our trust by demonstrating his first-class abilities through his strong portfolio. He provided a detailed design for our kitchen with innovative options that exceeded our original plans with amazing storage enhancements. Every aspect of the renovation showed his attention to detail and passion for quality. We really enjoyed seeing someone who took pride in his work. He made our vision a reality and was very flexible in dealing with any last minute idea changes. We will use him again (the bathroom is calling).

We hired Frank to fix mistakes that were made by the original builder who refused to acknowledge his lack of workmanship. Frank made everything right. Frank, of Dynamic Design-Build, has completed numerous home improvement projects for us, including a bath remodel, complete kitchen renovation with custom cabinets, a sunroom addition, and patio.
