Element built us our dream house, and it turned out better than anything I could have ever imagined! Building a custom home is daunting, but Liz and the team took us through it one step at a time so it always felt manageable. Their guidance through the process was outstanding and helped shape a masterpiece! They stayed on top of construction to ensure we moved in by our deadline, and they continue to respond to and fix any issues promptly. Honestly, there are not enough words to adequately describe their professionalism, talent, and ability to deliver. This house is pure luxury, and my family and I pinch ourselves every day that we get to live in an Element home.

As a first time new construction client, the building landscape is quite frightening, you hear all the stories of abandonment or hasty projects requiring > 100k of post completion follow up. Element homes stands by the standard that Carl Jacobs has set over the years, his reputation is completely justified. We found him and his team including Kyle Kelley, to be extremely professional, reasonable and genuinely concerned with building our custom dream home to our satisfaction. As with all construction, it never goes perfectly but what separates Element homes from the manufactured home builders is they have not hesistated to correct any and all minor issues that have come up in a prompt fashion. No chasing down, arguing or downplaying issues. Beyond the excellent quality home they built, the working relationship has been a pleasure and their post completion followup should reassure any and all future clients. A true 5 star builder.

I have know Carl Jacobs for many years. I contracted with him in early 2000 to build me a wonderful two story country style home. It was and is the envy of the neighborhood. Carl is a true professional and really knows his trade. Any problem I had before the construction was complete or even after it was complete he was there to work the issue.
