My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We had our home completed by Encanto custom Homes. I wouldn’t suggest using this company as they only want you contracted with them. Once under contract you are on there timeframe and once COO happens they never respond with warranty repairs. If you’re thinking of using them contact a few previous homeowners who used them, ask them to provide a list to contact. They will probably just show you homes under construction, you need to talk with homeowners who had completed projects!

We built our last home in partnership with Encanto Custom Homes as our builder. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. It was a long arduous process during Covid, but we made it through. From the original drawings, we made some modifications at the suggestion of Jeff and Jason are builders and have been very happy with those decisions. the house is our dream home and is handicapped accommodating and has everything that we ever wanted. They did a wonderful job and we consider them our friends. If you’ve never built a fully custom home this is a place to start and they will do everything in their power to guide you work with you and accommodate all of your dreams.
