We have been in our new home for over a year and love it here! We are very pleased with everything in our forever home as well as the builder. We would highly recommend ETB Homes to anyone!

Attention to design detail is wonderful (our home was a spec but it looks custom)! Emily and Jeremy are great to work with. Although the home was build when we bought, we finished the basement after moving in. So we worked with them through the building process as well. They were professional and extremely helpful in helping us create the living space we were looking for. We absolutely love our home.

My wife and I bought a gorgeous home built by ETB Homes in Buckhead, Atlanta. We saw it before it was even finished and knew it was the home we wanted to raise our children in. And we couldn't be happier with our home -- no buyer's remorse here at all! You see a lot of builders willing to build anything anywhere, but with our home it's clear there was serious forethought put into its design and floorplan and it just works great. And what's more is they respond to e-mails, calls, or texts very quickly! You don't see that level of responsiveness that often in this industry. We haven't had any wear-and-tear issues. When we had our home warranty four-month walkthrough, they told us you typically see nail pop-outs and such at this time. We have none. In fact, the only two issues we've had were very minor -- a fireplace remote and one GFCI outlet in the basement and they were corrected immediately. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found an ETB Home!
