I bought a house that Brendan Mylton and his team had took over and finished from a company that had gone bankrupt. You can tell Brendan really takes pride in his work, outside of his work being top of the line he was also very helpful in helping me close in a tight timeframe. When we needed a few little cosmetics fixed after our inspection from the previous builder, he had multiple contractors at the house the very next day to make sure it was all up to my standards. He also explained everything about the house in depth during my walkthrough making me feel comfortable for my first home purchase. Excellent work! Evolution built a stone BBQ area with a pergola above it, lights in the pergola and a swing hanging from it. Love it!
