Farmer Contracting

I have had a horrible experience with a custom home build from this company! EVERY single corner was cut that could be. The subcontractors that the owner hired are inexperienced, careless, and did very bad work that has cost thousands to TRY to correct. There has been ongoing problems, and no warranties on anything because the subs have disappeared, are out of business, or undocumented. So I am out of pocket for all the poor work that needs repaired/redone This review was contemplated for sometime, and hated to put anything negative about this company, but the problems just keep getting worse, so I thought it would only be fair to put a REAL personal experience out there incase anyone else wants to be more informed prior to choosing their own builder. Instead of this company saving costs they end up costing more in the long run!
