Imagine this ... it's early-2013, you've spent nearly 27-years in the United States Air Force having lived in 14-houses, and it's time to retire from active duty. It's time to decide where the family will now settle. You're looking for some land, you're looking for a realtor, and there is a great deal on your mind regarding the future. With a little help from our realtor we find and close on our land purchase here in Winchester, VA. Then my wife and I meet with Tony Foreman of Foreman Builders. What a gentlemen, a professional, and a true Christ follower. Tony immediately earned our trust. For heaven's sake this man took the time to meet me at the property and we prayed over the property and the house that we may one day build. Yes, the house was built. Through lots of prayer, a couple of snowstorm setbacks, the house was built. Our Foreman Home was completed in July 2014. It is extremely well crafted, and Foreman Builder's stood by their word to correct any problems we might have with the home. We had a minor issue with our hickory wood floors. Forgoing the details, because really that isn't what is important, what matters is Foreman Builder's did make our floors right. We are delighted. Tony Foreman and his son Ken and the whole team were utmost professionals. I can't forego mentioning Linda, Bart and Mo. Truly a remarkable team under some remarkable Godly leadership in Tony. Our family of five is so very blessed by our Foreman Home. I would recommend Foreman Builder's to anyone considering a home construction project, a renovation, or as a friend this side of heaven. We moved into our custom designed and constructed Foreman Builders home in October 2015. After a dozen corporate moves, we decided to retire in Winchester, VA. At the onset of the process, we interviewed several builders and selected Foreman Builders because they seemed to "Walk the Talk" in terms of integrity, quality, trustworthiness, and in general operated and conducted their business with the values we were looking for. Thankfully, our intuition turned out to be spot on! We brought in rough blue prints and got needed input and suggestions from Foreman resources and team members that were necessary at the onset of the project. We also had the participation of Foreman resources to visit the various suppliers with us to make the selections of the various choices ranging from exterior materials, to electrical and plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, etc. The actual construction itself was executed by courteous and quality driven employees and subcontractors who were always polite, respectful, and professional, and who would take the time to answer the many questions we had along the way. The Foreman process of having a full time site manager ensures the type of continuity and communications that are crucial to manage the details and work flow of building a custom home. After being in the home for only a week, amazingly, we literally had no open punch list items! To summarize, we couldn't be more thrilled with how our home turned out. The Foreman Builders process coupled with the manner in which each employee contributed certainly yielded first rate results. We absolutely made the right builder selection to build our home - if we had to do it all over again, there's no doubt but that we'd again choose Foreman Builders.

Tony Foreman and his team did an amazing job building our beautiful home on schedule and within contract cost. From design through finish, the Foreman team took time to ensure that we understood the building process and guided selections that met our style and budget. Ken Foreman, our Project Manager, provided excellent service in crafting our home. Ken’s attention to detail and responsiveness contributed to the success of the build, and Foreman’s sub-contractors and tradesmen were task focused, did excellent work, and were always willing to take a moment to discuss our home. This was our first experience in building a home, let alone a custom home. The nightmare stories of contractors not showing, schedule delays, shoddy workmanship, and cost overruns were among our concerns. Tony and his team took care of all of the details for us and kept us informed as the house progressed. For superior construction using quality materials with beautiful finishes we’d definitely recommend Foreman Builders. Our experience with Tony Foreman and Foreman Builders shows they deliver as promised and their word is their bond.

Our home was greater than $400,00. We have lived here for almost 11 years. We have not had one problem. We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship, the kindness and professionalism of the people we worked with. And finally when a window was broken 8 years after we moved in I called the Foreman offices and they gave me the name of the contracted to purchase the window as well as the model number.

Very Honest contractor! Good communication, with Mr. Foreman as well as staff. Company did an addition on to our 1920 home, addressed our concerns along the way, came back and re-did some work after we moved in. Finished renovations pretty close to target date, Have referred this company to a neighbor as well.
