Gallatin Construction

I am terribly disappointed in the oversight of Gallatin's subcontractors. We had a tile job performed through Gallatin and the toilet was installed afterwards without a wax ring to prevent leaking. On August 10,2026, my fiance and his son that was visiting went down into the lower level to investigate. The sheet rock had finally gave in. Black mold and water damage was evident throughout. I now have an insurance claim and will update the findings. Additionally, the electrical performed in my current home is sub par at best. His subcontractor never installed any work boxes in the ceiling and only ran a wire through and screwed the light fixtures to the roof joists. My fiance cut in remodel boxes to remedy the deficiency. On a final note, there were requests made to remedy deficiencies on the work performed on a deck that was built, and today date those requests have not been met. I would recommend thorough inquiries about his sub's past performances.

Wonderful builders. Mr. gallatin also has drawing skill that help the visual process for the homeowner. He also use a great crew of sub contractors.
