Quality Construction: The precision framing and assembly of our building partner’s in-plant construction process can't be replicated on a building site. Custom fabrication jigs hold walls and floor framing square and true. All of our homes include 16" on center floors. Exterior walls are always 2" x 6" studs. Field assembled site-built homes can't match this framing quality.
