Geranium

Compare to the other new homes we bought over the years. Geranium Homes gave us the best services . They always answer my calls and come to fix the house interior and exterior problems. But there is a roof leak problem that happens every spring, thought they came many times but it was never fixed. This year they informed us it's called "ice damp?" and was not under their warranty, because the roof was built within the building code. Other than this. We are happy with this builder.

I had the pleasure of working with the Geranium Homes team when I photographed their Cardinal Point model homes in Stouffville. As an Interior Photographer, I have the opportunity to see and spend time in a lot of different spaces! While on assignment with Geranium Homes, I was impressed with the workmanship and the warm, welcoming atmosphere of each residence. I was also struck by the attention given to every detail to meet the needs of today’s families. Their homes are truly beautiful and inspired!
