Dave Gunia has been with Greentree Investment Group from the beginning. He’s the guy who runs the show, keeps everything coordinated and is the main presence of Greentree. He’s also the expert with whom you’ll discuss your project. A graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Dave is the primary liaison with municipal officials and other Greentree clients. He works with other Greentree team members, outside consultants, municipal officials and their consultants, local community groups and any other constituent impacted by a Greentree . It’s Dave’s job to be sure that any project is economically viable for the community and for Greentree. He coordinates all facets of a proposed project from planning to land acquisition to construction through final approval and bond release. Dave is well known in New Jersey’s development circles, where he came up through the ranks at some of the state’s best-known builders, such as K. Hovnanian Homes and Paramount Properties. He has extensive experience in multi-family/multi-use projects, as well as single-family homes and commercial development.
