We purchased our home, a condo, in Bay Colony, Juno Beach, Florida four years ago. We splurged on a unit with all the trimmings and upgrades because 1) we could and 2) we never had before and you can’t take it with you! Our home is just as beautiful and put together and sound as the day we moved in. The aesthetic is simple yet luxurious with clean lines of mouldings and heavy, solid doors. Not a thing has required more than a minor adjustment (a heavily used shower door) and during storm season, we especially appreciate the solid swooshing sound of our balcony doors sliding firmly and safely closed against high winds and rain. We have a snug, beautiful, safe home in all weather and feel confident of our safety in our home. The lobby and halls were beautiful when we moved in and are an extension of our home. So are the grounds. We feel it was the underlying design and care in building that keep everything so fresh and new looking and feeling. I love my home and walking in my door is never taken for granted.

I have owned my Groundstone Property for 5 years. It has been a wonderful experience living on the water in Juno Beach, FL.
