Group Three Builders

Was a really long and hard process, terrible communication with the team. House is not bad but can get the same product from other builders that are more established.

Our home buying experience was nothing short of five stars!! We couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care our purchase was given and with all the special details our purchase entailed. We have been impressed by everything all the way from the quality of the finishes in our new home as well as by the relationships that we have had with every person during the process. No questions were left unanswered and no requests were too big or too small. I could write so many different qualities about Group Three but the thing that stands out to me most is the level of attention each one of the guys gave to us any time something came up during our custom home buying purchase. As with any real estate transaction, things do come up! However, we truly were in the best care and we couldn’t more excited about our new home and the relationships we made through the process. A giant thank you to Group Three Builders and their amazing agent for truly caring about their clients needs and for putting their interests above their own. This is the fourth home purchase our family has made working directly with a builder and by far not what we expected or have experienced in the past. Austin has become increasingly progressive and I can honestly say that dealing with Group Three is what doing business with a company SHOULD look like.

Group 3 was fantastic from beginning to end. Lee is masterful at listening and helping with the house plans, budgeting for allowance, and thinking about all of the exceptional touches that might slip your mind. Eric is onsite running the teams as the build progresses. His eye for detail is fantastic. He accepts nothing less than perfection making our punch list after move in almost empty. I can't say more positive things about Group Three and our experience. We are on budget and on-time!

We appreciated the attention to detail in planning and execution. We are delighted with our new home, and we also enjoyed the entire building process. The Group3 team listened patiently and asked questions to help us sort through options and discover what was right for us. Their professionalism didn’t end at our closing either - their follow up service has demonstrated a genuine concern for quality and our satisfaction. Highly Recommend!

Talk about patience and willingness to make sure the customer needs are met. G/3 is the best when it comes to designing a home for your to live in. If your looking for a builder who pays attention to detail and will bend over backwards to deliver a beautiful custom home you can live in forever. Design/Build/Live is there motto!!!
