We are happy that we did build our dream house with H2View. Mickey, Adam and Rob - are the true professionals, building according to the schedule, delivering high quality. We've got to know them through the people who were also building in the same area and highly recommended them. We've also looked at the other houses this crew built, some projects we saw in a different stages - from beginning to completion, and loved how they organize the building process. Our house was built with the reasonable budget and a time frame. We were visiting frequently the site and always we were glad to see how it's getting ready day by day, how clean it is after each job, how polite is everybody, and we always were sure that we are in a good hands! We are really enjoying the home that you guys built for us! We still can’t believe that it is done as it seems like it was a three-year process from conception. The house is holding up very well. We really like the decisions that we made in this process around architectural details, extras and custom finishes inside each room that were well worth the added costs. The quality of the craftsmanship outside and in is evident in the home. Even though the process was at times difficult and challenging, we are happy that we made the big commitment to have our house bulldozed and a brand new finished home with views from all rooms in its place…..H2View realized! Right from the beginning I had a good feeling about the project. I met with Mickey and he went over the budget and areas we could splurge and others where we could save money. (This is the 2nd time we have used H2View). The project manager Rob did a wonderful job scheduling all of the contractors to maximize time and was able to come up with creative solutions when the problems came up. He re-arranged the schedules to accommodate our needs with the laundry so that we could have full use of it until the last second. We added a laundry room, 2 bedrooms, a huge master walk in closet and a grand theater room with lots of detail in the mill-work. The quality of workmanship is very clear and we are enjoying our new remodel tremendously! Thanks H2View!

Worked with H2View on an extensive home remodel/addition. The entire team was great to work with. Not sure which team member I like the best. They were all professional, polite and responsive; this included the sub contractors that H2View engaged throughout the project. No major surprises on project. While they were some cost overruns and delays they were all reasonable/justified. H2View was very patient working with us. We spent 2+ years planning the remodel and they helped throughout the process, including Design & Permit Services. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend H2View.

We're a General Contractor who typically works directly with our clients. As such, we were nervous being hired to work under another General on a barn project for their client, and expressed these concerns to H2 View. At the end of the day, H2 View was fair, efficient, straight to the point when it came to the build quality, timing, and documentation. We went with H2View for an almost full house interior remodel (everything but the bedrooms!) We chose them because of the reputation they have in the greater Seattle / Eastside area. We have seen their work in person and have been very impressed - and now that we’ve worked with them, we see why they have such an amazing reputation! We have been more than satisfied with their level of professionalism, knowledge, ideas, and craftsmanship - everything we needed to help us make our first home renovation project a success. We will use them again when we decide to renovate the rest of our house (and future projects) moving forward!
