Hahn construction

I hired Tony to help remodel a home for my parents (total bathroom remodel, paint, new light fixtures, etc.). He does not take written notes and then forgets details but blames me the client. Poor communication skills: he changed plans without discussing with me about paint texture, tile pattern, and bathroom fixtures. He was argumentative stating he's been doing this for 20 years and did not respect me as a client. I found him unprofessional (he wanted me to pick tile via texted photos, failed to show me counter samples on multiple occasions, and told me I should be smart enough to figure out the ceiling fan remote he installed). The work was adequate but not exceptional. He denied his workers damaged three blinds but did replace them at my insistence. (I have photographic evidence they were intact)
