We highly recommend Hammon Custom Homes. This is the second custom home my wife and I have built. After the first home build 20 years ago, we swore we would never do it again due to the level of effort expended and the considerable frustration we experienced during the process. When we made the decision to retire to Sedona and were unable to find a suitable home for resale, we reluctantly decided to build again. We are glad we found Hammon. Hammon made the entire design and build process much easier this time around. Whenever the inevitable surprises and issues popped up, Adam was on top of things and made sure it was taken care of to our satisfaction, which I admit probably wasn’t always easy, because both my wife and I are quite particular and detail-oriented. My wonderful home was completed in February 2022. I will never forget how caring the whole Hamman CH Team was during the whole process! Not only they were "responsive" ~ they were initiating most of the contact, guiding me seamlessly through the whole process, while attending to all the details arising as it happens during any construction process. I am a professional Realtor(R), so I really know how easily things can go south... or north during the construction time! On multiple occasions, I met with various members of the wonderful Hammans Team, and many times, we were also able to discuss things on the phone, and the results were always like I was there myself. They were there for me every single step of the process for the whole time. I realize that I am writing a lot here, but I just cannot stop praising this wonderful, genuinely caring, and local Team. Three years later, I am a very happy bee at my new home, nothing breaks, I feel warm, cozy, and taken care of throughout the whole process. They are simply the best!

The folks at Hamman are awesome! So many people told us how crazy and frustrating it was to build a house. They clearly had not worked with Hamman. From start to finish and beyond, there were professional, knowledgeable, available, compassionate, good communicators, and fun to work with. They took every question seriously. Building a new home from scratch is one of the biggest decisions of a lifetime. Finding the right builder…well that’s even bigger. I am so over the top grateful to have found Hamman Custom Homes. Their process is smooth and seamless with each of four family members heading up different phases of the build. From home design to interior design, they had me covered from start to stop, front office to back office. HCH is one stop shopping which was a huge relief. Always, always, I had expert guidance and fast, two-way communication to stay on target. Throughout the build, Andy, Adam, and Cally wore various hats as my contractor, advisor, and therapist. Their demeanor is unwavering calm, always laying out details, options, and associated cost. Never any surprises. All while Phoebe deals with piles of back-office work with everybody and anybody involved in the build. They are experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, prompt, respectful, nimble, interactive and quite genuine. This extends to the fantastic subcontractor teams. In the footsteps of the Hamman family, they were also prompt, responsive, courteous, and active stewards of the property. Lorenzo, Matt, Martin, Daniel, Josh, and Mauricio are engaged and very approachable subject matter experts. They are all masterful at infusing or defusing situations. You just can’t commend them enough. Despite this build being across the back half of COVID with supply issues galore, the experience from start to finish has nevertheless been eye-popping refreshing and positive, like I jumped into the ‘contractor pot of gold’ for 18 months. This goes beyond the work of building a custom home and to the people and family. You just can’t help but develop genuine rapport with each of them. Hamman Custom Homes is a shining light for the next generation and proof that high standards and integrity does exist out there. I pinch myself every day at my good fortune in finding them.
