Hammersmith Structures is a general contractor and custom home builder. Headquartered in Fort Collins, Colorado, we serve clients in Fort Collins, Loveland, Timnath, Windsor…pretty much anywhere in Northern Colorado. And we are passionate about great design. We specialize in the design-build of high-end custom homes and large-scale remodels. Whether the project on your mind is a custom, Mid-Century Modern home to match your eclectic style, a dysfunctional older home transformed with magnificent modern features, or a net-zero energy home that’s both gorgeous and good to the Earth, we have the experience to make the end result a success. Our principal has a background in business management and real estate, combined with education in business and construction management. Unlike some fly-by-night general contractors, we’ve been in business for more than 10 years building homes. You can trust that we will complete your project the way you want it. Frequently, the projects we take on have some complex aspects to them – an indoor pool, a geothermal system, a pier and beam foundation floating over nasty expansive soils – and we revel in these.
