“Todd to the rescue” We too have known Todd since he worked with his father. He totally remodeled our previous home for us in 1990. This time we needed a complete kitchen renovation. Todd came one day and sent the plans the very next day. Work began and was completed in the time frame that Todd said it would. The work was done and exceeded our expectations. I now have the kitchen of my dreams.

Feldman did an amazing job on a complete top to bottom renovation of our water-facing property on Brightwaters Blvd. Working with our architect out of Tampa, the home was a "down to the studs" renovation following a complete redesign of the layout and an additional 1000 SF. This massive renovation included building a new entrance / foyer, building an office with separate entrance, adding additional SF for a huge master on the main level, extending and adding a row of french doors across the entire back of the home, redesigning the upstairs to create a more functional 3 bedroom space with TV / rec area and on the first floor creating one level for all interior floors. This required new walls, new windows, all new electrical, plumbing, fixtures and finishes. Feldman brought in one of the best project managers we have ever worked with to lead the day to day work. Feldman himself was onsite each week to ensure it was running smoothly. We have lived here two years and everything has run beautifully since the renovation. We highly recommend Feldman and his project manager.

Todd did an addition for us back in 2000. We added a new Master Suite with bath & a family room with a powder bath. He did an awesome job with the project, and added a lot of great ideas to our plans. That job formed a friendship. It's been 17 years and he is now helping us with another house. Great ideas, honest doesn't cut corners and always saves us money. I highly recommend H.E. Feldman & Son.

With over 30 years of experience in the Tampa Bay area, Todd and his team have the skill necessary to implement every design element specified for high end design spaces. Todd was invaluable in collaborating with me on challenging applications to update certain aspects of my projects. I also appreciate his good nature and ease of communication when on the job site.

My husband and I had been in our home for 28 years and after he retired from the Fire Dept. we decided downsize. We had been looking for a smaller home - an existing home that we could do a few things to but just couldn't seem to find anything. Then one day we stumbled across an empty lot and we took a leap of faith. We knew Todd Feldman of HE Feldman & Son as he'd built our last home. i found a picture of a house I'd found on The Internet - just a picture and I gave it to him and the proverbial ball started rolling. We had a list of wants and would likes and we were never told no. In fact he had lots of wonderful ideas! We ended up with around 2100 feet of living space that includes 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath and pantry and laundry room. On the first floor my husband has the garage of his dreams with a workshop. And true to Todd's word our house isn't just a house it's a home and we can't thank him and his crew enough for all their hard work, You want words? How do you describe a dream home? Because that's truly what we ended up in and so much more! We constantly have people in the neighborhood stop by when we're outside and give us compliments and tell us they enjoyed watching our house go up and how wonderful it turned out.
