Henning Estates

It took my husband 15yrs to convince me to move from our current residence and Henning Estates was the place we chose. Our ranch home is currently under construction and I couldn't have asked for better people to work with during this process. Ryan VanLue, President of Rock Creek Homes, has been an absolute delight to work with as well as the Henning Estates Sales Staff. When they tell you, "We will work with you to make your dreams come true!", they are not kidding. Ryan has worked with us every step of the way ensuring that our custom finishes are everything we hope them to be. I cannot say enough good things about Rock Creek Homes. My wife and I contracted with Henning Estates in November 2013 to build a semi-custom home on a lot we selected. We had been looking for a ranch home in a country-like setting for several months in the Chicago region and were immediately drawn to this new development for its country location (ponds, wetlands, wildlife, quiet prairie-like setting) and the quality design of the homes. Due to a long and severe winter, work on the new home was not possible until spring 2014 and we closed in early October 2014. We were invited to become heavily involved throughout the entire process which we enjoyed immensely (i.e. adding floor space, a fireplace, and a four season porch to the home, reconfiguring a dining space into a functional study, relocating the walk in closet in the master bedroom, selecting flooring, cabinetry, etc.). Working with the builder felt very comfortable for us (and we hope for him too!) and he took the time to answer our many questions and to help us in selecting products. He also encouraged us to meet various sub-contractors who were working on our home throughout the spring and summer. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. Since we moved here in October 2014, 7 new homes have been either built or are in process currently. We do highly recommend Henning Estates for a family seeking ranch style living in a beautiful setting.

We moved into our new home one year ago. We couldn't be happier in our new home in beautiful surroundings. We worked with the builder at Henning Estates to design our dream home including an open concept floor plan, a gourmet kitchen, a wood shop for my husband and energy-saving features, such as LED lighting throughout our home. The builder's attention to detail and quality workmanship in addition to one-third acre lots in a lovely prairie setting set Henning Estates apart from other new construction homes and developments. We are very pleased with our decision to build a home in Henning Estates.

Henning Estates is the best there is. They are incredibly professional, efficient, friendly and respectful. They wanted to work with my budget and preferences for the house and the homes are gorgeous - exactly what I was looking for. I had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful ranch home.
