iLevel Construction LLC is a custom home builder and integrated design-build firm specializing in luxury residential construction in the Black Hills of South Dakota and northeastern Wyoming. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Belle Fourche, SD, we deliver 6–7 high-end custom homes per year for clients who expect a seamless, fully managed experience from the first conversation through the day they receive their keys. Our process begins long before ground breaks. For clients who arrive with land, an architect, interior designer, and engineer already in place, we move directly into pre-construction without hesitation. For clients who start with a vision and nothing else, we offer full design services in-house using Chief Architect for architectural design and Bluebeam for construction documentation and plan review — giving them the opportunity to work with one team from initial concept through certificate of occupancy. Either way, by the time a shovel hits the ground, every detail has been designed, documented, priced, and planned. We operate on a cost-plus model, which means our clients see every dollar. Our pre-construction process produces detailed, line-item budgets calibrated to real Black Hills market pricing. We build here every day and know exactly what things cost in this terrain and this market. Our team brings a wide level of expertise including mechanical engineering discipline, building experience, and architectural background to every phase of a project. We work in some of the most geographically demanding terrain in the region — from steep ridge lots to remote acreage properties. Developments we serve include Deer Mountain Village, Powderhouse Pass, Spearfish Mountain Ranch, Frawley Ranch Estates, Majestic Heights, Three Peaks Ranch, Miller Ranch, Paradise Acres, and The Woodlands. A significant portion of our clients are out of state. We use dedicated project management tools that give every client real-time visibility into their build — daily log updates multiple times per week, schedule tracking, job site photos, and direct access to their team.
