I worked alongside Incentive Builders on finishing a basement for a client in the Arboretum area. His crew did an amazing job, and both the client and myself were very happy with the craftsmanship & care taken for this job. I hired them to finish my basement and they did a great job. They closed in the ceiling, built some walls under the staircase and around the hvac unit(put in french doors for access). Also, had to re work the hvac by creating chases down the sides in order to run the duct work. Leveled the old concrete floor for my pool table and finished with ceramic tile.
