You have issues or concerns with all new builds but Integra took care of all of them. They have a good HOA in place now for community concerns.

Michael and his team have done a great job over the past 2 years to address our needs in our condo. we could not be any happier with our new home and have Michael to thank for that. we are finalizing a few punch items but for the most part very satisfied.

I hired Integra to build my custom condo. They also assisted me with the sale of my prior home. They were very responsive to my wants/needs during the construction process. The finishes were not standard contractor grade. It was fun to be able to almost design my condo and get exactly what I wanted. Very good experience overall.
