Jeremy is an outstanding builder and he delivers on all his commitments. We can not say enough good things about the quality of the finishes in our mountain home. I had the pleasure of selling 111 Brooks Snider in Shock Hill to my clients Amy and Todd Becker from Nebraska. They placed the home under contract before it was finished and Jeremy worked with them to make changes. The Becker’s love the attention to detail they have found in the house and the willingness of Jeremy to follow up with any issues in the house. He stuck to the time table, budget and delivered the house on time ready for my buyers to move in. The clients truly enjoyed the process and this is not always the case. We purchased our home part way through its construction as a spec house from Ivan Stanley. Working with the company to complete construction and make changes to the interior finishes to reflect our wishes worked really well. Jeremy Fisher was easy to work with and responsive to my questions and concerns. He and his crew worked hard to give us the home that we wanted. Check list items were addressed promptly and the occasional follow up items were dealt with quickly as well. We were very satisfied with the work that Ivan Stanley did and would not hesitate to use them again if we were to build or remodel another home.

RWe had the pleasure of having working with amazing builder building our dream vacation in Breckenridge. Principle Jeremy Fisher helped us find the best lot at a great price, not charging us for this extensive service. Then he helped us fine the best architect for us. We ended up building the house while be 1500miles away. When finished,we had one of the most amazing homes ever build in summit county. The design , quality of construction, the amazing finishes, and the wonderful interior design were all with all without peer. Ivan Stanley had a major role in all these aspects. And the home , which was incredibly complex in design as per our request, come in well below any other builds budget!!!!! 6 years later our home has an zero issues. Not even one screw out of place.
