Quality of work is poor. Left things undone and unfinished. Stopped showing up. Ask him about when something was going to be finished or done would say he had to order it and waiting for it to come in. Or he would bring it by later that day and never show up. And now not fixing thing that we’re covered under warranty. Two other houses he built on the same street both had the same issues. His sub contractors are not skilled and unprofessional

Extensive remodel and expansion including adding two rooms upstairs which entailed completely removing the downstairs living room ceiling in order to install trusses to support the rooms upstairs. I moved my family (including expectant wife) into a rent house with a firm expected completion date due to baby due date. These guys nailed it with a few days to spare. Very professional. Very prompt. Under budget and within the very tight timeline that we laid out. The constant progress reports were very helpful. Very responsive anytime we had a questions or issue. We even changed a few aspects midstream and they just rolled with it with either minimal or no cost increase. Jenkins' workflow scheduling was very impressive to me and I'm certain that it made a huge difference in getting subs organized and the work accomplished in such a short time period.

Jenkins Construction was a blessing during our building process. They served as our contractor for our 3400 sq ft home on 2.6 acres. They were with us step-by-step from finding the land, to drawing plans, to overseeing every aspect of the home build. They quickly learned our aesthetic and were able to make suggestions that greatly reduced the amount of small decisions we had to make. They returned all calls and emails efficiently. I was confident that they stopped by the house frequently to ensure that everything was completed to their high standards. Even our neighbors greatly appreciated Jenkins's care and consideration of the street when large trucks and tractors were a nuisance. Months later, they continue to help with any small adjustments that need to be made. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others!

Best experience ever! This was our first time to build and heard horror stories. Jenkins construction was so professional and accommodating. They let us think "out of the box" and incorporate our taste into the design. We were very impressed with quality of their work and would highly recommend them!!
