Thank you all so much! This has been such an easy and joyful decision and an incredible journey from start to finish. We are so grateful for the Bowens and every single person whose hands and hearts went into building this home. From the very beginning, the one thing I prayed over this build was that everyone involved would work with integrity and honesty. The Lord has truly honored that prayer and blessed us beyond measure. Deuteronomy 28:6 “You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.” We are so thankful for His faithfulness and for all of you who played a part in making this home possible.

First off I want to thank the Bowen family for everything they have done from start to finish. It’s honestly a great feeling knowing you’re working with a family run business who cares about every process from floor plans to inspecting paint imperfections. I have nothing but great things to say about the Bowen family. From the start Jarrod Bowen was very helpful with mapping out the land and explaining how things work from the construction loan process to each step of the construction. Going through the floor plans and picking out what we wanted done was such an easy process and very fun! During this time my wife was pregnant and once her due date hit I had received an email of our final floor plan and with a “good luck with the delivery and to let us know if you guys need anything,” there I knew I was working with someone who cares more than just getting business from us, which was a great feeling!Once we drew up the final floor plan Jarrod and Mrs.Vaughn went through the financial part, they explained everything so clear and was a breeze going through! After officially picking out the floor plan and getting the financial part done , I got to work with Mrs.Elmore with picking out the flooring, countertops, paint and all the fun stuff! It was a fun process, she recommend some good advice with color matching and what would look good when we had second thoughts or was stuck on picking something out, we even went to places to look at flooring and lighting, was a very fun process! As the house was getting built I got to work with Collin Bowen on updates on the builds and time frames with each step, he was great with keeping me updated and always let me know if there was something needing to get fixed if it was something from paint imperfections to a window needing adjustments, which is awesome knowing they fixed any kind of imperfections and kept me updated on it! When we got to the move in day, Jarrod had went through everything from warranty’s for the house to contact numbers. He had also informed us that we were part of the family now and that If we ever needed anything to feel free to contact him or the business , knowing that someone who builds your house and that you can keep in contact with the business and be treated like family is a great feeling! Once we moved in,we got a wonderful gift basket from the Bowen family with kitchen items to toys for my son! I honestly wasn’t expecting anything, it’s the little things that make you appreciate everything they have done! I personally want to thank Jarrod, Collin, Hannah, Roberta and John for running such a great family business! I highly recommend anyone who wants to be treated like family and knowing that your house is getting build properly without worrying about a single thing to have the Bowen family do it, you won’t regret it!

Would not recommend to anyone. Horrible experience with this builder. He came in way over budget and wanted us to be ok with it, late for appointments, sometimes completely forgot about appointments. Way behind on schedule. Was extremely hard to get ahold of, never returned phone calls. He told us everything we wanted he could give us on the budget we gave him, when he came in over budget we said no thank you we will go somewhere else. He told us we had to pay for the plans he adjusted. He even hired his attorney to try make us pay over 2k. We did sign plan agreements so that part was understood. This review is from my personal experience and I have no hard feelings for this company but wanted to be honest about this review.

John Bowen built our dream home on top of a hill that started out as nothing but a bunch of cactus and rocks. During the process, from original blueprints to the final walk-through, we found John Bowen and his staff to be people who performed every task with the type of integrity and excellent customer care and service that you don’t find very often these days. Everything we asked for, they found a way to get done to our satisfaction. A year and a half later, we could not be happier living in our beautiful home, and we highly recommend this very fine company to anyone who is looking for a quality builder you know you can trust.

John D. Bowen is a man of his word! I called John and he arrived to walk my property within 48 hours. He asked me what I was looking for and then he gave me his recommendations which turned out to be very financially beneficial. My wife and I decided to hire John and he built us a beautiful home. He prides himself on Excellent Customer Service. He holds his staff to this standard; they’re always ready to stop what they’re doing to answer your questions. DeeNan and Briana are very detail orientated, professional and have great eye for the modern look! I retired from the Army and a lot of businesses say that they support the Soldiers; I can attest that John D. Bowen Construction does just that. Outstanding Job!

Quality builder with good customer service. Very honest and a pleasure to work with. Built our home exactly as we wanted and completed the job on time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a custom home built.
