My wife and I recently built a house through JP’s “Build on Your Own Lot” program, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, the staff were exceptional, and the quality of our new home exceeded our expectations. We had the pleasure of working with Daniel for sales, and he was phenomenal. His communication was clear and timely, and he worked diligently to ensure we got exactly what we wanted within the options available. Daniel also took the time to explain every step of the process, making everything feel seamless and transparent. In addition to Daniel, we worked with Zach and Mitchel, our construction managers, who were just as impressive. They communicated consistently, explained each stage of the build, and were always available to answer our questions. Their attention to detail was remarkable—they caught and addressed any issues to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. Overall, we’re thrilled with our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to build with JP again. We’ll definitely be recommending this fantastic team to anyone considering their services! Our experience with JP Brooks has been wonderful. Ryan helped us pick out the right model for us, Josh let us custom design it and Dan was there to make sure the build went according to plan. I have friends and family who warned me to be sure everything was right with the house before we signed the final papers because builders will ‘drop you like a hot potato’ once you do that. We took ownership of our home more than 2 years ago and I am so happy to say that Dan is still The Man! Even though I know he’s incredibly busy, he has always responded to our questions and concerns. People have asked me if I would ever consider building another house someday. I plan to live in this one for many years to come but, if I ever did it again, I would only do it with JP Brooks! They continue to treat us like we're a part of their family. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do for us.

We bought a JP Brooks home in the Tall Pines Subdivision last February. We are happy with our home. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly. Because of the winter purchase time some outdoor details could not be completed until spring. Dan S. saw to their completion in a timely fashion. Despite his busy schedule supervising new homes being built in our subdivision and other JP Brooks projects Dan S always takes the time to ask us how things are going and answer any questions we might have. He’s a real pro.

We have a new home in Big Lake that we moved into in late July 2020. Beautiful home and wonderful neighbors. Dan S has been a pleasure to work with. As with every new build, there are issues that have come up with the house since we’ve moved in. Once we contact Dan S, he’s on it! If he’s not in the area, he finds someone to check in with us. He never fails to follow up to make sure we are satisfied with the outcome. Dan S is just an all around good guy!
